The Person

While golf is a big part of who I am, I am also passionate about many other things. First and foremost is my family. My wife, Amy, and I were blessed with three incredible children, Cristian, Amanda, and Abigail. I am very proud of all of them, but I am especially excited for Cristian to follow in my footsteps.

Chris as of August 2018, became a member of the PGA Champions Tour.

I would also say that my family extends beyond blood. It extends all the way to Gainesville…. Where the Florida Gators reside! As a University of Florida alum, I bleed blue and orange and I love my gator family. There is nothing better than being in The Swamp on an October Saturday night doing the “Gator Chomp” with thousands of other Florida fans.

More recently, I have spent a lot of time focusing on my physical fitness. My wife and I love to do Orange Theory workouts and Cycle Bar classes together. Not to mention, these classes have definitely helped me get back into the swing of things as I’ve been training for life back on Tour this fall.

Giving back has always been important to me, but it means even more to partner with such an impactful organization like American Cancer Society and serve as their first golf ambassador.
